What is AI visibility?
AI visibility is how often and how prominently AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini mention and recommend a brand when people ask questions about its category. aeoda measures it and shows what to change.
What does aeoda measure?
aeoda asks real buyer questions to several AI engines, repeatedly, and records whether your brand is mentioned, in what position, next to which competitors and citing which sources. It combines this into a visibility score with a confidence range.
How is it different from classic SEO tools?
SEO tools track rankings in a list of links. AI assistants write one answer and name a few brands. aeoda tracks those names, the sources behind them and how stable they are, and adds a site audit for AI crawler access.
Which AI engines do you cover?
ChatGPT and Claude are measured with live web search. Gemini is measured as model knowledge without live search and is labeled that way. Which engines are available depends on the plan.
Can agencies use it for several clients?
Yes. The Agency plan supports up to 15 brands, 10 team seats, white-label PDF reports and private share links for clients.
Is the free checker really free?
Yes. The free checker needs no account. It runs a quick scan and shows a score with its confidence range, the top competitors and the main site findings. Fair-use limits apply.
Why does the score have a ± range?
AI answers vary from run to run. The range shows how much of the score could be noise. A narrow range means a stable result, a wide one means that more questions or runs are needed.
How long does a measurement take?
The free checker takes about a minute. Scheduled measurements in the app run in the background and the dashboard updates when they finish.
Do the results match what people see in the apps?
Not exactly. We query the engines through their official interfaces, which can differ from the consumer apps. That is why results are labeled as API observations and why we publish the limits.
Is my data safe?
We only process the brand names, domains and prompts you give us and the public answers returned by AI engines. You can export or delete your data at any time. See the privacy policy for details.
Can I white-label the reports?
Yes, on the Agency plan: add your logo, color and company name, and hide the aeoda credit.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Measurements pause and existing data stays visible. You can add a credit pack or upgrade, and credits renew every billing period.
