Agency questions
Can clients see the aeoda brand?
No. With white label on, reports and client links carry your logo, color and company name. You can also hide the aeoda credit.
How many brands can I track?
The Agency plan includes up to 15 brands. Each brand has its own prompts, competitors and history.
Do clients need an account?
No. You send a private link that shows one brand only. You can revoke it at any time.
How are credits counted across brands?
Credits are pooled per workspace. One credit is one question asked to one engine, so a heavier brand simply uses more of the shared pool.
Can I use my own domain for client links?
Custom domains are planned for a later phase. For now links use the aeoda domain with your branding on the page.
